Using an Intranet Portal to Manage Computer Rooms

 

Introduction:

Discuss use of portal for staff and student employees to manage UCD's computer rooms. The portal allows us to view users, programs they are running, send messages, view/cancel print jobs, as well as documentation of procedures and policies.
